महेंद्र कोंडे हे नवी मुंबई, महानगरपालिका येथे जनसंपर्क अधिकारी म्हणून कार्यरत आहेत.

अनेक दैनिके, नियतकालिके, दिवाळी अंकातून सातत्याने त्यांचे लेखन प्रसिद्ध होत असते. आकाशवाणी, मुंबई येथील ते मान्यता प्राप्त नाट्य कलावंत आहेत. आकाशवाणीच्या विविध कार्यक्रमांसाठी त्यांनी संहिता लेखन, निवेदन, काव्यवाचन केले आहे. याशिवाय ते विविध प्रकारच्या साहित्यिक, सांस्कृतिक, शैक्षणिक, सामाजिक कार्यक्रमांचे १९८८पासून सातत्याने सूत्र संचालन, निवेदन करत आहेत. त्यांना काव्यवाचन, काव्यलेखन, कथालेखन स्पर्धांमध्ये ५०हून अधिक राज्य, जिल्हास्तरीय पारितोषिके प्राप्त झाली आहेत.

Mahendra Konde is currently serving as a Public Relations Officer at the Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation. His writings are regularly published in various newspapers, magazines, and Diwali annual publications. He is also a recognized drama artist of All India Radio, Mumbai. For various programs on All India Radio, he has contributed script writing, anchoring, and poetry recitations.

In addition, since 1988, he has been consistently hosting and compering a wide range of literary, cultural, educational, and social events. He has received more than 50 state-level and district-level awards in poetry recitation, poetry writing, and story writing competitions.
