A freelance journalist and the founder of the organization Cyber Maitra,  which works in the field of digital well-being.

She is the host of the first Marathi cyber podcast, Screen Time with Mukta.  She is also a member of the Cyber Committee of the Women’s Commission.

She is the first journalist-author to write in Marathi on the subject of cyber and digital well-being. She has published five books: Strugglers, 13 to 23, Screen Time,  Porn Khel, and Everest (transcription).

Through Cyber Maitra, she conducts digital literacy initiatives in schools  and colleges. She has trained more than 50,000 students, teachers,  parents, NGOs, and corporate professionals across Maharashtra on  topics such as screen time management, cyber safety, and the risks  and opportunities of the online world.

She is also involved in work related to internet de-addiction centers and has spent over twelve years studying the  relationship between humans and technology.
