Future of Food

Author(s):  Arun Tiwari , Dr Gopal Lal

Agriculture—humanity's oldest pursuit—stands on the edge of transformation. As the world’s population rises and the climate crisis deepens, one urgent question defines our age: Can we feed everyone without destroying the planet? The Future of Food offers a bold and compelling answer: a new alliance between human ingenuity and artificial intelligence. This book envisions a profound digital revolution that can make our global farms smarter, our food systems fairer, and our planet healthier. Inside, you will explore the cutting-edge ways intelligent technologies are poised to reshape agriculture –How AI and robotics are minimizing waste and maximizing yields on every field, using data to forecast crop diseases, manage water resources, and secure supply chains against climate shocks. More than a book on technology, this is a manifesto for ethical innovation. It is a powerful call to action for scientists, policymakers, investors, and citizens to actively shape a food future where food security, environmental balance, and human dignity grow together. The future of food is being written now—and it begins with how we choose to think, act, and innovate today.
