About this book

"This book written by Dr. Unkule is a result of his prolonged experience and study of Yoga and explains the procedure and nature of Suryanamaskars with minute details. It emphasizes how Suryanamaskar proves to be our companion for a healthy life in the wake of modern lifestyle diseases, making it a must-have for every home."

Dr. H.V. Sardesal

"Even though Suryanamaskar is a type of Yogic exercise, modern medical science recognizes its importance as a type of aerobic exercise. Suryanamaskars must be integrated into our daily exercise routine for general health and especially for a healthy heart. In this book, Dr. Unkule provides point-by-point scientific information about the nature of Suryanamaskar, and the benefits of Suryanamaskar are nowhere exaggerated or falsely claimed."

Dr.Jagdish Hiremath, Eminent Cardiologist
