Teenagers chya manat : Dr. Shruti Panse

डॉ. श्रुती पानसे या मराठी विषयात एम.ए. आणि ‘मेंदू आणि शिक्षण’ (शिक्षणशास्त्र) या  विषयात पीएच.डी. प्राप्त केलेल्या शिक्षणतज्ज्ञ, लेखिका आणि संशोधक आहेत. त्यांनी  Brain & Behaviour हा अभ्यासक्रम तयार केला असून त्यामध्ये मुलांच्या वयोगटानुसार  मेंदूचे कार्य समजून घेणे तसेच अभ्यास सुलभ करण्यासाठी बहुविध बुद्धिमत्ता  (Multiple Intelligences) आणि भावनिक बुद्धिमत्ता (Emotional Intelligence)  यांसारख्या संकल्पनांचा समावेश केला आहे. त्या Neurons Activity and Research Centre  येथे सल्लागार म्हणून कार्यरत आहेत. महाराष्ट्रातील विविध वर्तमानपत्रांमध्ये ‘मेंदूशी मैत्री’,  ‘मस्ती की पाठशाला’, ‘खोकं नव्हे डोकं’ अशा लेखमालांद्वारे त्यांनी सातत्याने लेखन केले आहे.  ‘टीनएजर्सच्या मनात’, ‘@20-विशीच्या उंबरठ्यावरील मुलांशी संवाद’, ‘मेंदूचा पासवर्ड’, ‘पहिली आठ वर्षे’, ‘जादूचा मेंदू’,  ‘भावनांच्या जगात’, ‘डोक्यात डोकवा’, ‘बहुरंगी बुद्धिमत्ता’ अशा एकूण २१ पुस्तकांचे त्यांनी  लेखन केले आहे. ‘बहुरंगी बुद्धिमत्ता’ या पुस्तकाला यशवंतराव चव्हाण प्रतिष्ठानचा कुमुद बन्सल  उत्कृष्ट ग्रंथ पुरस्कार मिळाला आहे, तर ‘चिकू पिकू’ मासिकाच्या संपादनासाठी त्यांना अक्षर सेवा  पुरस्कार प्राप्त झाला आहे. ‘मेंदूचा पासवर्ड’ या पुस्तकाला २०२२ सालचा साहित्य परिषदेचा पुरस्कार  मिळाला असून त्यांच्या एकूण लेखन कार्यासाठी त्यांना २०२३ मध्ये इंदिरा अत्रे पुरस्कार प्रदान  करण्यात आला आहे. त्यांचे ‘डोक्यातला मी’ हे ऑडिओबुक Storytel वर प्रकाशित झाले आहे.  त्या मुलांसाठीच्या ‘चिकूपिकू’ या मासिकाच्या माजी संपादक असून ‘मेंदू समजून घेताना’ या  विषयावर व्याख्यानं, कार्यशाळा तसेच संशोधन निबंधांच्या माध्यमातूनही त्या सक्रिय आहेत.

Dr. Shruti Panse is an educationist, author, and researcher who holds  an M.A. in Marathi and a Ph.D. in “Brain and Education” (Education).  She has developed the Brain & Behaviour course, which focuses on  understanding brain functioning according to children’s age groups  and incorporates concepts such as Multiple Intelligences and Emotional  Intelligence to make learning easier. She works as a consultant at the  Neurons Activity and Research Centre.

She has consistently written for various newspapers in Maharashtra  through article series such as Mendushi Maitri, Masti Ki Pathshala,  and Khokan Navhe Dokan. She has authored a total of 21 books,  including Teenagerschya Manat, @20  Veeshichya Umbarthyavaril  Mulanshi Samvad, Menducha Password, Pahili Aath Varshe,  Jaducha Mendoo, Bhavnancha Jagat, Dokyat Dokava, and Bahurangi Buddhimatta.

Her book Bahurangi Buddhimatta received the Kumud Bansal Best Book  Award from the Yashwantrao Chavan Pratishthan, while she was honored  with the Akshar Seva Award for editing the magazine Chiku Piku. Her book  Menducha Password received the Sahitya Parishad Award in 2022, and  she was awarded the Indira Atre Award in 2023 for her overall literary  contribution. Her audiobook Dokyatla Mi has been published on Storytel.  She is a former editor of the children’s magazine Chikupiku and remains  actively engaged in delivering lectures, conducting workshops, and  publishing research papers on the subject of understanding the brain.
