डॉ. मोरे म्हणतात, " जोतिरावांना मराठी भाषेचे व्याकरण समजत नाही, असा आक्षेप घेऊन निबंधमालाकार विष्णुशास्त्री चिपळूणकर यांनी जोतीरावांनी उपस्थित केलेल्या प्रश्नांपासून लक्ष विचलित करण्याचा प्रयत्न केला होता. तेव्हाच्या प्रमाणभाषेच्या व्याकरणावरही त्यांनी भाषेतील कर्ता-कर्म-क्रियापदांपेक्षा प्रत्यक्ष व्यवहारातील कर्ता-कर्म-क्रियापदांकडे लक्ष देऊन त्यात घडवून आणलेला उलथापालथ अधिक महत्त्वाची होती.
उलथापालथीचं व्याकरण हे विद्रोहातुन जन्मलेलं आहे.

'महात्मा जोतिराव फुले यांचे निवडक साहित्य : विद्रोहाचं व्याकरण ' या पुस्तकाच्या माध्यमातून डॉ. सदानंद मोरे यांनी जोतिबांच्या सामाजिक योगदानाकडे नव्याने लक्ष वेधले आहे. शाळांचे काम चालू असताना वाचन आणि चर्चेच्या माध्यमातून जोतिराव आपल्या ज्ञानाच्या व विचारांच्या कक्षा वाढवत होते. त्यांच्या गद्य-पद्य लेखनातून त्यांची विद्रोही विचारधारा प्रकट होऊ लागली. उलटापालटीच्या पद्धतीचा अवलंब करून जोतीरावांनी विद्रोहाचं नवं व्याकरण मांडलं.

ते आजही मोलाचे ठरते. या पुस्तकात डॉ. मोरे यांनी हे व्याकरण समजावून सांगितले आहे. याचा उपयोग समाजअभ्यासक, राजकारणी व स्पर्धा परीक्षेच्या विद्यार्थ्यांना नक्कीच होऊ शकेल.

Dr. Sadanand More (Dehukar) has edited and presented selected writings of Mahatma Jyotirao Phule under the title “The Grammar of Rebellion”, along with a scholarly introduction, thereby making a significant contribution not only to the Marathi literary world but also to Indian intellectual literature as a whole.

Dr. More says,
“By arguing that Jyotirao did not understand Marathi grammar, essayist Vishnushastri Chiplunkar attempted to divert attention from the questions raised by Jyotirao. More important than the formal grammar of the standard language of that time was the transformation Jyotirao brought about by focusing on the real-life roles of subject, object, and action in society rather than just their linguistic forms. The grammar of this transformation was born out of rebellion.”

Through the book “Selected Writings of Mahatma Jyotirao Phule: The Grammar of Rebellion”, Dr. Sadanand More draws renewed attention to Jyotiba’s social contributions. While managing school activities, Jyotirao continuously expanded his intellectual and ideological horizons through reading and discussions. His prose and poetry began to reflect his rebellious ideology. By adopting a method of inversion and transformation, Jyotirao formulated a new grammar of rebellion.

This remains highly relevant even today. In this book, Dr. More explains this “grammar” in detail, which can be especially useful for social researchers, political thinkers, and students preparing for competitive examinations.

A scholar of saint literature and the social traditions of Maharashtra, and a keen commentator on contemporary events.

He served as the president of the 88th All India Marathi Literary Conference held in Ghumman.

He received the Sahitya Akademi Award for the book Tukaram Darshan.

He holds an M.A. in Philosophy, an M.A. in Ancient Indian Culture and History, and a Ph.D. titled The Gita: A Theory of Human Action, for which he received the Gurudev Damle Award for the best thesis.

Under the Career Award granted by the University Grants Commission, he conducted post-doctoral research on Krishna: The Man and His Mission.

At Pune University, he served as Head and Director of the Department of Philosophy as well as various study and research centers.

He was honored with the Maharashtra Government’s Best University Teacher Award.

Through books such as Tukaram Darshan, Lokmanya te Mahatma, Garja Maharashtra, and Maharashtrachi Lokyatra, he presented new perspectives on the cultural history of Maharashtra.

He has also published works including Trayodashi, Manthan, Prasadachi Vani, Nivadak Sakal Sant Sarth Gatha, Lokmanya Tilak Charitra, Tatiche Abhang: Ek Vivechan, Dnyanba Tukaram, Ya Sam Ha: The Intellectual Biography of Yogeshwar Krishna, Vidrohache Vyakaran: Edited Writings of Mahatma Jyotiba Phule, and The Intellectual Biography of Mahatma Jyotiba Phule.
