Zen - Practical Principles for Balanced Living

Sanjay Kaptan, Translator : Nupur Jain

Rooted in the profound teachings of Lord Gautama Buddha, Zen Philosophy presents a timeless path to self-awareness and inner peace. Far from being abstract or esoteric, Zen philosophy is direct, accessible, and easy to apply in daily life. It does not rely on complex doctrines or rituals. Instead, it encourages cultivating intellectual discipline, self-mastery, and emotional balance.

From its Indian origins to its flourishing across China, Japan, and Korea, and its eventual embrace by the Western world, Zen’s influence has transcended cultures and generations. Whether you are a seeker of wisdom, a professional in need of clarity, or simply someone searching for peace amidst chaos, this book offers timeless insights that can enrich every aspect of your life.
