Nupur is a passionate book lover and a seasoned professional in the publishing industry. A post-graduate in English Literature from the Department of English, Savitribai Phule Pune University, she is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in the same field. Before transitioning into publishing, she served as an Assistant Professor for a few years, bringing academic depth to her current role.

She has also been an integral part of the core organizing committee of the Pune International Literary Festival for three successful years, contributing to its programming and execution. As a writer, Nupur regularly pens thought-provoking blogs for *Youth Ki Awaaz* on topics such as feminism, gender and sexuality, films, and literature.

Presently, she serves as an Acquisition Manager at Sakal Publications, Pune, where she combines her literary acumen and editorial expertise to identify and nurture powerful voices in contemporary writing.
