Gita 101: The Supreme Secret of Life Made Easy

Author(s):  Arun Tiwari

Are you searching for focus, purpose, and lasting calm in a world overwhelmed by digital noise and everyday stress?

Gita 101: The Supreme Secret of Life Made Easy translates the timeless wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita into a modern, practical blueprint for mastering the mind and navigating today's most demanding personal and professional challenges. Far from an abstract philosophical scripture or a distant religious relic, this book serves as a hands-on guide for anyone seeking clarity, emotional resilience, and authentic inner balance.
Across its eighteen chapters, Gita 101 maps ancient philosophy into eighteen progressive stages of personal transformation. You are guided on a step-by-step journey from confusion to sharp mental focus, from fear to unwavering courage, from emotional attachment to freedom, and from narrow self-interest to profound self-realization.
Just as Arjuna faced overwhelming doubt on the battlefield of Kurukshetra, every modern challenge is an inner battlefield of its own. Gita 101 bridges the ancient and the modern, empowering you to turn Shri Krishna's timeless insights into lived experience, purpose, and enduring peace of mind.
