About the Author :
G S Grewal started his career as a young engineer trainee and reached the position of Managing Director. In his 33 years of experience in the industry, he has worked with many Indian and Japanese leaders. He is a strong proponent of a coaching leadership style and believes leaders need to be humble and willing to learn. He built a culture of mutual respect and trust within Kubota India, bringing together the best of Indian and Japanese cultural strengths.
