श्री एम म्हणजेच श्री. मुमताज अली हे आध्यात्मिक क्षेत्रातील विख्यात तत्त्ववेत्ते आणि गुरू आहेत. सर्व धर्मांमधील शिकवणींचा त्यांचा सखोल अभ्यास आहे. अनेक वर्षे त्यांनी हिमालयात साधना केली आहे. Shri M, whose real name is Mumtaz Ali, is a renowned philosopher and spiritual guru in the field of spirituality. He has an in-depth understanding of the teachings of various religions. He spent many years practicing spiritual disciplines in the Himalayas.

Through the Satsang Foundation, he shares spiritual knowledge with people in India and abroad. In recognition of his remarkable contributions, the Government of India honored him with the Padma Bhushan.

मृणाल पवार या पुण्यातील एक कलाकार, कथक नृत्यांगना, डान्स मूव्हमेंट थेरपिस्ट आणि योग शिक्षिका आहेत. लोकांना जाणीवपूर्वक निर्णय घेण्यासाठी सक्षम करणे आणि सर्वांसाठी आरोग्य व संधींचे मार्ग उपलब्ध करून देणारा समाज निर्माण करण्याबद्दल त्यांना विशेष आवड आहे.

Mrunal Pawar is an artist, Kathak dancer, Dance Movement Therapist, and yoga teacher based in Pune. She is passionate about empowering people to make conscious choices and creating a society that provides pathways to health and opportunity for all.

As the founder of Kathakraang, Mrunal sees dance as a manifestation of all the elements of the universe and beyond. For her, dance is a spiritual journey that transcends time and space and helps unfold the mystery of our existence. Mrunal believes that a dancer truly becomes the dance as they live and breathe this journey.

In addition to her artistic pursuits, Mrunal is the Director at the Sakal Media Group and a Trustee of Pune Blind School and Nirdhar Trust. Her contributions to these organizations reflect her commitment to ethical journalism and service to the community.
