Dr. Amir Kfir is an organizational psychologist at Abiram and the founder of the globally active Peace Action Forum, which includes groups such as Israeli–Arab, Arab–American, Greek–Turkish, Armenian–Turkish, and Jewish–Muslim forums. For over twenty-five years, Amir has been helping global organizations with organizational transformation. He also serves as the head of methodology and processes at the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO).

Stephen Hecht is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Million Peacemakers. He has received numerous awards at national, international, professional, and social levels. He is a leader in YPO and has over thirty years of experience in both public and private sectors. Through experiences such as divorce, remarriage, and relationships with biological and stepchildren, he has handled many kinds of conflicts. These experiences, along with the challenging situations in which he has helped others, have shaped his practical understanding of conflict resolution.
