Honored with a citation and memento by Rashtriya Sanskrit Vidyapeetha, Tirupati (Andhra Pradesh) in January 1999.
Her research project on “Underground Water in Varahamihira’s Bruhatsamhita” was approved and funded by the University Grants Commission (UGC).
Presented a research paper on “Varahamihira’s Study of Underground Water” at the National Conference held at Jagannath Sanskrit University, Puri, Odisha.
