Dr. Naikwadi currently serves as the National President of the Residue Free Organic Mission India Federation (ROMIF India), Pune, Senior Organic Certification Officer at ‘NOKA’ (an APEDA-recognized organization), Pune, International Organic Certification Officer at BioAgriCert, a European certification body, Bologna, Italy, and Expert Director of the MahaOrganic and Residue-Free Farmers Association, Maharashtra State (MORFA).

He has published four books on chemical residue-free farming. For his significant contributions in the field of organic farming and certification, he has received 23 awards at various levels.
