About this book

Sharad Pawar and the Pulod Experiment is an informative book.

The book presents an in-depth study of Sharad Pawar’s party transitions, the creation of Pulod, his journey within the Congress party, and the subsequent formation of the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP).

It effectively portrays the respect Sharad Pawar commands at the national and international levels, his political vision, decision-making ability, and consistent work ethic.

The book emphasizes how, at the core of all his decisions, the development of society and public welfare remained the central goal.

It provides a balanced analysis of the political circumstances of the time, the equations between leaders, the reasons behind political changes, and their impact on the politics of Maharashtra and India.
