The Employee's O.E.E.

This is an author’s memoir about an employee's "Operational Excellence Experience". It starts with career journey after education and how his career path turned around step by step progressively. This book aims to help employees at all levels in an organization, from entry level engineer to senior management. Author also reflect on his own journey and how he strive to become value adding asset, while dealing changes with positive mindset in his unique work life. The author also attempts to educate the readers on basic tools of continuous improvement like TPM (Total Productive Management) and WCM (World Class Manufacturing), all these Kaizen tools were well experimented with in Japan in the early 1980's and helped them became world leader in Quality & Operational performance.
