लेखक परिचय

डॉ. राजन पडवळ यांची ह्युमन रिसोर्स मॅनेजमेंट या विषयामध्ये पीएच.डी. आहे.

एमबीए झाल्यानंतर त्यांनी वेगवेगळ्या कंपन्यांमधून मार्केटिंग व सेल्स यामध्ये अत्यंत उच्च स्थानी करिअर घडवले. त्यामध्ये उषा (पंखे व शिलाई मशीन) या कंपनीचे नाव प्रामुख्याने घेतले पाहिजे.

त्यानंतर त्यांनी एमबीएच्या विद्यार्थ्यांच्या अध्यापनाचे काम केले व एका नामवंत इंजिनिअरिंग कॉलेजमधून रजिस्ट्रार या उच्च पदावरून ते निवृत्त झाले.

या सर्व कालावधीमध्ये दररोजच्या जीवनातील येणाऱ्या अनुभवातून मानवी मन व लोकांच्या एकमेकाशी वागण्याच्या पद्धती या चिकित्सक म्हणून अभ्यासणाच्या त्यांच्या व्यासंगामुळे ते या विषयातील चांगले विश्लेषक झाले व याचा उपयोग करून त्यांनी वेगवेगळ्या कंपन्यांमध्ये कर्मचाऱ्यांना ट्रेनिंग (Corporate Training) देण्याचे काम केले.

Dr. Rajan Padwal holds a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management.

After completing his MBA, he built a highly successful career in marketing and sales across various companies, most notably at Usha (fans and sewing machines).

Later, he taught MBA students and retired from a prominent engineering college as Registrar, a senior administrative position.

Throughout this period, his constant observation of everyday life and human behavior, along with his analytical approach to studying how people interact, made him a skilled analyst in his field. He used this expertise to provide corporate training to employees in various companies.

In addition, he has conducted numerous workshops on “Personality Development” through different colleges and other platforms. The number of both corporate training sessions and personality development workshops for students exceeds several hundred.
