At Sakal Publications, we strive to ensure that your books reach you in perfect condition and as quickly as possible.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver across India through reputed courier partners.
For international orders, please contact us at sakalprakashan@esakal.com before placing your order.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
Processing may take longer during sales, festivals, or due to stock unavailability.
3. Delivery Timeline
- Maharashtra & Nearby States: 4–7 business days
- Other parts of India: 7–10 business days
- Remote/Non-serviceable areas: Delivery timelines may vary based on courier availability.
You will receive an email and/or SMS with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
4. Shipping Charges
- As applicable at checkout
(Shipping charges will be calculated automatically based on your delivery location and order value.)
5. Damaged / Incorrect Items
In case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery at sakalprakashan@esakal.com with order details and clear photographs. We will replace the product or issue a refund as per our Return Policy.
6. Non-delivery / Return to Origin
If a shipment is undelivered due to incorrect address, non-availability, or customer refusal, the order will be returned to us. Reshipping can be arranged with additional courier charges.
7. Tracking Your Order
You can track your shipment using the tracking link sent to your registered email/phone number or by contacting our support team.
