“This work attempts to draw the attention of scientists and farmers toward the biodynamic farming method, which has been developing in India and abroad for the past 97 years.
It has been demonstrated that by stimulating the fertility of the soil and the activity of microorganisms through cosmic forces, it is possible to improve soil productivity and the quality of agricultural produce in a short period. Farmers in about 70 countries around the world—including New Zealand, European nations, Germany, Australia, and the United States—have experienced its benefits, as explained here.
By integrating Soil Science, Crop Science, and Cosmic (Biodynamic) Science appropriately, crop-specific cultivation methods have been made easily accessible for farmers.
Recognizing the importance of biodynamic farming, many farmers have adopted this method in regions such as Nagpur, Amravati, and Wardha in Vidarbha; Nanded and Parbhani in Marathwada; Kolhapur and Solapur in Western Maharashtra; Dhule and Jalgaon in Khandesh; and the Dahanu area in Konkan. Some contact details of these farmers are also provided in the book.
The main objective is to help farmers prepare organic and biodynamic inputs on their own farms using the information provided in the book, thereby reducing cultivation costs and increasing crop productivity.”
