This is the only up-to-date and well-referenced Marathi biography available on the final Prophet of Islam, Prophet Muhammad. It is a revised and edited edition of a rare book originally written in 1928 by Madhav Vinayak Pradhan, and later researched and edited by Anis Chishti.
While describing how Prophet Muhammad laid the foundation of a new society in challenging circumstances, the author Pradhan also presents a vivid picture of the social structure of Arabian society 1400 years ago.
