Prashant Naikwadi has obtained a BSc (Agro), MSc (Biotechnology), MBA (Agro Business Management & International Trends), and PhD (National Program for Organic Production and its National Standard).

Dr. Naikwadi currently serves as the National President of the Residue Free Organic Mission India Federation (ROMIF India), Pune, Senior Organic Certification Officer at ‘NOKA’ (an APEDA-recognized organization), Pune, International Organic Certification Officer at BioAgriCert, a European certification body, Bologna, Italy, and Expert Director of the MahaOrganic and Residue-Free Farmers Association, Maharashtra State (MORFA).

He has published four books on chemical residue-free farming. For his significant contributions in the field of organic farming and certification, he has received 23 awards at various levels.
