Dr. Lalita Vijay Bora holds a B.A. in Economics and has completed a course in Food and Nutrition from the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India. She has also received training as a Food Technologist from Central Food Technological Research Institute. She has earned multiple qualifications, including programs from the Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ECCP Program), an MBA from Indian School of Business, an entrepreneurship program conducted by Dr. Golden Smith, a Doctorate in Food Science from Vishwakarma Vocational University, and a Doctorate in Community Fitness and Health from Grace Ladies Global Academy.

She has received several awards, including the Udyogini Award (Western Maharashtra, 1998) and a Global Excellence Award (2022) for a socio-economic project in health and wellness. Since 2017, she has been running a tobacco-free campaign through an initiative called “Tobacco Replacement Tool.” Her work also focuses on alcohol replacement juices and natural products made from fruits, vegetables, and medicinal plants.
