विनोद बिडवाईक हे मानव संसाधन, मनुष्यबळ विकास आणि व्यवस्थापन क्षेत्रातील नावाजलेले नाव आहे. भारतीय आणि बहुराष्ट्रीय संस्थेमध्ये उच्चपदावर काम करण्याचा तब्बल २५ वर्षाचा त्यांचा अनुभव आहे. सध्या ते 'एपी ग्लोबले' आणि 'सकाळ मीडिया ग्रुप'चे पीपल आणि कल्चर विभागाचे समूह संचालक म्हणून कार्यरत आहेत. यापूर्वी ते 'अल्फा लावल'मध्ये उपाध्यक्ष एच. आर., तसेच त्यांनी 'डिएसएम इंडिया'मध्ये संचालक - एच. आर. म्हणून काम पहिले आहे. त्यांनी 'महिंद्रा & महिंद्रा', 'सेम्पेरिट ग्रुप', 'इंडियन स्टील'मध्ये अनेक पदावर काम केलेले आहे. या सर्व संस्थांमध्ये ते व्यवस्थापन मंडळाचे सभासद राहिलेले आहेत.

Vinod Bidwaik

Vinod Bidwaik is a renowned name in the fields of Human Resources, workforce  development, and management. He has nearly 25 years of experience working at senior positions in both Indian and multinational organizations. Currently, he serves  as the Group Director of People and Culture at AP Globale and Sakal Media Group.

Earlier, he worked as Vice President – HR at Alpha Laval and as Director –  HR at DSM India. He has also held various positions at Mahindra & Mahindra,  Semperit Group, and Indian Steel, serving as a member of the management boards in all  these organizations.

He has worked on complex subjects such as human resource development, HR  strategy, talent management, organizational restructuring, HR transformation, and  leadership development. Vinod Bidwaik has authored three books in Marathi and  four in  English.

For his work, he has received several awards and recognition from various  institutions. In 2014, he was honored with the HR Leadership Award by theAsia-Pacific HRM Congress. He was also awarded the Vibrant HR Recognition Award  2014–15 by Vibrant HR, an organization of HR professionals.
