मृणाल तुळपुळे या वाणिज्य आणि विधी शाखेच्या पदवीधर (बी.कॉम., एल.एल.बी., डी.टी.एल.) असून त्यांना ऑइल पेंटिंग आणि प्रवासाची विशेष आवड आहे. त्या विपुल लेखन करणाऱ्या लेखिका असून प्रवासवर्णन, खाद्यलेखन, ललित लेखन आणि बालसाहित्य अशा विविध विषयांवर त्यांनी ५०० हून अधिक लेख लिहिले आहेत.

हे लेख ‘सकाळ’, ‘साप्ताहिक सकाळ’, ‘तनिष्का’, ‘लोकसत्ता’, ‘महाराष्ट्र टाइम्स’, ‘पुणे मिरर’ आणि ‘माहेर’ यांसारख्या नामांकित मराठी प्रकाशनांमध्ये प्रकाशित झाले आहेत. त्यांनी अनेक पुस्तके लिहिली असून त्यांच्या ‘Coffee Diary and Travel’ (२०११) या पहिल्याच पुस्तकाला त्याच वर्षी ‘स्मिता पाटील पुरस्काराने’ सन्मानित करण्यात आले.

Mrunal Tulpule is a commerce and law graduate (B.Com, LL.B., D.T.L.) with a deep passion for oil painting and travel. A prolific writer, she has authored more than 500 articles spanning travelogues, food writing, literary essays, and children’s literature, published in leading Marathi publications such as Sakal, SaptahikSakal, Tanishka, Loksatta, Maharashtra Times, Pune Mirror, and Maher. She has authored multiple books and her debut book, Coffee Diary and Travel (2011), was honoured with the Smita Patil Award in the same year.
