द. ता. भोसले – परिचय

द. ता. भोसले म्हणजे दशरथ तायापा भोसले (जन्म: ८ मे १९३५) हे एक प्रसिध्द मराठी लेखक आहेत. १९६० च्या आसपास मराठी साहित्यात दलित आणि ग्रामीण साहित्याचा उदय झाला, त्यामध्ये अनेक नवीन लेखक सक्रिय झाले. त्यापैकी एक महत्त्वाचे नाव म्हणजे डॉ. द. ता. भोसले.

त्यांनी कथा, कादंबरी, समीक्षा, ललित साहित्य अशा विविध प्रकारचे विपुल लेखन केले. त्यांच्या काही कथा ‘द. ता. भोसले यांच्या निवडक कथा’ या संग्रहात संकलित आहेत. त्यांच्या कथांमधून ग्रामीण जीवन, शेतकरी, शेतमजूर, तेथील संस्कृती, ताणतणाव, माणसाची भूक, दारिद्र्य, तसेच शहरातील बकालपणा यासारख्या समस्या स्पष्टपणे दिसतात. काही महत्त्वाच्या कथांमध्ये ‘वावटळ’, ‘नाथा वामण’, ‘अन्न’ यांचा समावेश आहे. त्यांच्या लेखनात विनोदाचा उपयोगही आढळतो, ज्यामुळे समाजजीवनाचे वास्तव त्यांच्या कथांमधून प्रगल्भतेने प्रतिबिंबित होते.

शिक्षण क्षेत्रातही त्यांनी महत्त्वपूर्ण योगदान दिले आहे; खेड्यांतील मुलामुलींच्या शिक्षणासाठी ते २५हून अधिक वर्षे भरीव आर्थिक मदत करत आहेत.

डॉ. भोसले लिखित काही ग्रंथांचा अमरावती, औरंगाबाद, कोल्हापूर, धारवाड, नांदेड, पुणे, बडोदा, सोलापूर इत्यादी विद्यापीठांमध्ये पाठ्यपुस्तक म्हणून समावेश झाला आहे. एक अभ्यासू वक्ता म्हणूनही त्यांचा विशेष नावलौकिक आहे.

D. T. Bhosale, full name Dasharath Tayapa Bhosale (born 8 May 1935), is a renowned Marathi writer. Around the 1960s, there was a rise of Dalit and rural literature in Marathi, and many new writers emerged during this period. Among them, Dr. D. T. Bhosale is a prominent figure.

He has produced a vast body of work, including short stories, novels, critiques, and essays. Some of his stories are compiled in “D. T. Bhosale Yanchya Nivadak Katha” (Selected Stories of D. T. Bhosale). His writings vividly portray rural life, farmers, agricultural laborers, local culture, social tensions, human hunger, poverty, as well as urban idleness. Notable stories include “Vavatala”, “Natha Vaman”, and “Anna”. His works also feature humor, which adds depth and a realistic reflection of social life.

Dr. Bhosale has made significant contributions to education as well; he has provided substantial financial support for over 25 years to promote the education of children in rural areas.

Several of his books have been included as textbooks in universities such as Amravati, Aurangabad, Kolhapur, Dharwad, Nanded, Pune, Baroda, and Solapur. He is also highly respected as a diligent and scholarly speaker.
