गेल्या तीन दशकापासून टेक्निकल क्षेत्रात कार्यरत असतांना महिंद्रा अँड महिंद्रा, एबीबी, जनरल मिल्स, एच.ए.एल. यांसारख्या विविध नामांकित कंपन्यांमध्ये मेंटेनन्स विभागात काम करून दांडगा अनुभव प्राप्त झाला. या अनुभवाच्या जोरावर कुटुंबातील पारंपारिक व्यवसायाला नकार देत अत्यंत प्रतिकूल परिस्थितीतही स्वतःच्या पायावर उभे राहून औद्योगिक क्षेत्रात इलेक्ट्रिकल पॅनल बोर्ड निर्मितीच्या व्यवसाय सुरू केला. अल्पावधीत उत्तुंग अशी झेप घेऊन स्वतःचे वेगळेपण सिद्ध करून दाखवले.

Yogesh Dipak Sakshatriya has worked in the technical field for over three decades, gaining extensive experience in the maintenance departments of prestigious companies such as Mahindra & Mahindra, ABB, General Mills, and HAL. Leveraging this experience, he chose not to continue the family’s traditional business and, despite challenging circumstances, established his own enterprise in the industrial sector focused on electrical panel board manufacturing. In a short period, he achieved remarkable success, establishing his unique identity in the field.

Alongside his professional endeavors, he has consistently devoted time to his passion for reading, writing, and research. For the past twelve years, he has been deeply studying the illustrious history of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, treating it as both a breath and a lifelong mission.
