About this book

Gatha Sangharshachi is a book centered on Arun Borhade and his struggle for the rights and welfare of company workers. The book highlights the efforts and dedication of Arun Borhade in fighting for the interests of the workforce. Since Dadabhau Gawade has presented this struggle from a broader perspective rather than viewing it solely through the lens of privatization, the narrative gains greater depth and significance.

The story primarily revolves around the government pharmaceutical manufacturing factory in Pune and the battle to preserve its existence. Along with documenting this struggle, the book effectively portrays Arun Borhade’s leadership qualities, values, upbringing, and unwavering perseverance in the face of challenges.
