In his book “India Diary”, P.D. Deshpande presents a historical account of India’s progress over the past 76 years. Pramod (P.D.) Deshpande is an ISO 9001:2015 certified Lead Auditor, accredited by the Chartered Quality Institute and the International Register of Certified Auditors (2022). By passion, P.D. Deshpande is a poet; by profession, a former banker; and by action, a social worker. He has mastered numerous skills including leadership development, strategic planning, corporate social responsibility, human resource development, quality auditing, writing, NGO management, and management of inclusive schools, and he also provides training in these areas.

For his social work, he has been honored with numerous awards and recognitions.
