 संजय सुखटणकर हे पुणे विद्यापीठाच्या शास्त्र, कायदा आणि  बिझिनेस मॅनेजमेंट या विषयांचे पदवीधर आहेत.  त्यांनी 'प्रीमियर ऑटोमोबाइल्स,' 'जॉन्सन अँड जॉन्सन,' 'क्रॉम्प्टन ग्रीव्हज्, 'सीबागायगी', स्टँडर्ड चार्टर्ड बँक आणि ज्युबिलंट या नामवंत कंपन्यांमध्ये व्यवस्थापक म्हणून काम केले.  'सेंचुरी एन्का' या कंपनीतून उपाध्यक्ष म्हणून ते निवृत्त झाले. सुखटणकर यांनी 'अल्लाना', 'सिंहगड' आणि  'इंदिरा' या प्रमुख मॅनेजमेंट इन्स्टिट्यूटमध्ये आठ वर्षे प्राध्यापक म्हणूनही काम केले आहे. सकाळ व अन्य  मराठी वृत्तपत्रांमध्ये ‘कामगार कायदा’ याविषयावर विपुल लेखन केले आहे. ‘कामगार कायदे’, 'सुधारित  कामगार कायदे', ‘मॅनेजमेंट माफिया’ ही कादंबरी प्रकाशित झाली आहे

 Sanjay Sukhatankar, is a graduate of Science, Law, and Business  Management from Pune University. He has worked as a manager in reputed  companies such as Premier Automobiles, Johnson & Johnson, Crompton Greaves,  CEIBA-Gaygi, Standard Chartered Bank, and Jubilant. He retired as Vice President from  the company Century Enka.

Sukhatankar has also worked for eight years as a professor at leading management  institutes such as Allana, Sinhgad, and Indira. He has written extensively on labor  laws  in Sakal and other Marathi newspapers.

His published works include books on labor laws such as “Karmgar Kayade”,  “Sudharit Karmgar Kayade”, and the novel “Management Mafia.”
