After completing postgraduate studies in agriculture, he worked in Wadhan for the welfare of farmers prone to suicide.

He served as an Agricultural Officer in a bank for a few years before leaving the job to work full-time in the tourism sector.

In 2011, he established a Rural Agro-Tourism Center and began working as its Managing Director.

Through the tourism center, he strives to create rural employment opportunities. He played a significant role in granting special tourism zone status to Jutrala.

He has contributed high-quality articles on agro-tourism for various agricultural magazines, Diwali editions, newspapers, and specifically for the Agrowon daily column.

He also writes socially responsible and tourism-sensitive content on social media.

He is a recipient of several awards, including the Agro-Tourism Award and the Gramotratri Agro-Entrepreneur Award.

He also serves as a trainer in agricultural tourism schools.
