लेखक संगमनेर महाविद्यालयात गेले २२ वर्षे पदवी, पदव्युत्तर अभ्यासक्रमासाठी अध्यापनाचे काम करत आहेत.

त्यांनी अरुण साधू : व्यक्ती आणि वाङ्गय दर्शन या विषयावर पीएच. डी. संपादन केली आहे. सध्या ते पीएच्. डी. आणि एम्. फिल. चे संशोधन मार्गदर्शक म्हणूनही कार्य करतात. त्यांच्या अभ्यासाचे आणि लेखनाचे विषय हे प्रामुख्याने साहित्य इतिहास आणि धर्म हे आहेत. त्या अनुषंगाने त्यांनी आजवर दैनिक सकाळ, लोकमत, दिव्य मराठी, पुढारी, देशदूत, सार्वमत इत्यादी वृत्तपत्रांमधून नियमित लेखन केले आहे. दैनिक देशदूत सार्वमत यांच्या 'शब्दगंध' पुरवणीसाठी 'धर्म आणि मानव' ही १३२ भागांची लेखमाला त्यांनी लिहिली. तसेच दैनिक देशदूतच्या वेबपोर्टलसाठी अमेरिकेच्या इतिहासावर आधारित 'बखर अमेरिकेची' या ब्लॉक मालिकेचे लेखनही त्यांनी केले आहे.

त्यांनी अर्घ्य या महाविद्यालयीन वार्षिक अंकाचे चार वेळा संपादन केले असून या चारही अंकांना विद्यापीठ पुरस्कार प्राप्त झाले आहेत. त्यांचे सत्त धम्म गाहा आणि बखर अमेरिकेची हे दोन ग्रंथ प्रकाशनाच्या वाटेवर आहेत.

जानेवारी २०२२ ते डिसेंबर २०२२ या वर्षभरात दैनिक सकाळच्या 'सप्तरंग' पुरवणीत 'पंडोरा बॉक्स' हे सदर सुरू होते. तसेच सकाळ साप्ताहिकामध्ये फेब्रुवारी २०२३ पासून 'प्रबोधन उत्तर पर्व' या लेखमालिकेचे लेखन सुरू आहे.

Rahul Hande has been teaching for 22 years at Sangamner College for undergraduate and postgraduate courses. He has completed his Ph.D. on the topic “Arun Sadhu:  Person and Literary Philosophy.” Currently, he also serves as a research guide for  Ph.D. and M.Phil. students.

His areas of study and writing mainly include literature, history, and religion.  Accordingly, he has regularly written articles for newspapers such as Dainik Sakal,  Lokmat, Divya Marathi, Pudhari, Deshdoot, Sarvamat, and others. For Dainik  Deshdoot and Sarvamat, he authored a 132-part series titled “Dharma and Humanity” for the column Shabdagandha. He has also written the blog series “Bakhara Americechi”, based on American history, for Dainik  Deshdoot’s web portal.

He has edited the annual college journal Arghya four times, and all four editions  received university awards. His two books, Satta Dhamm Gaha and Bakhara  Americechi, are in the process of publication.

From January 2022 to December 2022, he contributed the column “Pandora Box”  for Dainik Sakal’s Saptarang section. Additionally, since February 2023, he has  been writing the article series “Prabodhan Uttar Parva” for Sakal Weekly.
