किसनवीर महाविद्यालयात राज्यशास्त्र विषयाचे ३४ वर्षे अध्यापनाचे कार्य. तसेच यशवंतराव चव्हाण महाराष्ट्र मुक्त विद्यापीठ वाई केंद्राचे मार्गदर्शक प्राध्यापक. १९८७ ला चव्हाटा या कादंबरीचे लेखन. १९७८ ते १९८० मराठी विश्वकोश कार्यालयात दोन वर्षे अभ्यागत संपादक म्हणून काम पाहिले. ‘वृत्तविशेष’ या पुस्तकाचे लेखन व प्रकाशन. “विनोदाचा खजिना” या पुस्तकाचे लेखन. पंचवीस वर्षे महाविद्यालयाचे प्रसिद्धीप्रमुख म्हणून काम केले. सातारा जिल्ह्यातील काही वर्तमानपत्रांचे वार्ताहर म्हणून काम केले. 

He served as a lecturer in Political Science at Kisanveer College for 34 years. He also worked as a guiding professor at the Wai center of Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University. In 1987, he authored the novel Chavhata. From 1978 to 1980, he worked for two years as a visiting editor at the Marathi Vishwakosh office.

He has written and published the book Vrittavishesh, as well as authored Vinodacha Khajina. He served as the Public Relations Officer of the college for twenty-five years. Additionally, he worked as a correspondent for several newspapers in Satara district.
