१९८३ पासून देना बँकेत कृषी अधिकारी म्हणून रूजू. गरीब शेतकरी कुटुंबात जन्म झाल्यामुळे लहानपणापासून शेतीशी, शेतीतील कामांशी, गुरांशी, मातीशी जवळचा संबंध. बँकेच्या नियमांच्या चौकटीत राहून शेतकऱ्यांना कर्जरूपाने मदत करताना शेतकऱ्यांच्या कष्टाचे भान कायम.

सध्या देना बँकेत सहायक महाप्रबंधक (प्राथमिकता क्षेत्र एवं आर. आर. बी.) या पदावर कार्यरत.

'अग्रोवन' दैनिकातून आणि 'बळीराजा' मासिकातून शेतकऱ्यांच्या हितासाठी लेखन.

Born into a farmer’s family in Kapuskhheda, Taluka Walwa, District Sangli.

He completed his degree in Agricultural Science from Dr. Balasaheb Sawant Konkan Agricultural University, Dapoli.

In 1983, he joined Dena Bank as an Agricultural Officer. Being born into a poor  farming family, he developed a close connection with farming, agricultural work, livestock, and soil from an early age. While providing financial assistance to farmers  through loans within the framework of banking regulations, he has always remained aware of and sensitive to the hardships faced by farmers.

Currently, he is serving as Assistant General Manager (Priority Sector & RRB) at Dena Bank.

He has contributed articles for the welfare of farmers in the daily newspaper  Agrowon and the magazine Baliraja.
