About this book

No matter the field, nothing comes easily.

Simply complaining about difficulties will not achieve anything.

Not everything will happen according to our wishes.

Keeping these points in mind, the “sons of the soil” featured in this book achieved success in competitive exams by preparing for struggles, showing persistence in their efforts, and cultivating patience in pursuing their goals. The book reveals how they overcame challenges and reached the pinnacle of success. Their arduous journey—from school life to becoming officers—is narrated in simple, clear, and easy-to-understand language.

For young aspirants who wish to appear for competitive exams, or those already preparing, the success stories of these officers can serve as valuable guidance.

A highly useful guide for competitive exam candidates!
