Dr. Parag Ghogale is an experienced expert in the field of Animal Nutrition and has worked extensively both in India and abroad. He has served for approximately 16 years with the Government of Maharashtra as well as various national and international organizations. For the past five years, he has been working as an independent animal nutrition consultant, bringing his total professional experience in the field to nearly 21 years.

As an animal nutrition consultant, Dr. Ghogale has been providing guidance to livestock farmers, cooperative organizations, dairy farms, and feed mills across India. He has worked on a wide range of projects in several states, including Maharashtra, Gujarat, Punjab, Haryana, Uttarakhand, Ladakh, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, West Bengal, Assam, Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, and Goa.

In addition to his work in India, Dr. Ghogale has contributed as an animal nutrition specialist to dairy farms and animal feed manufacturing units in Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, and Oman, collaborating with both government and private organizations.

For the past ten years, he has been writing regularly for livestock farmers through the daily newspaper Agro One and various other media platforms. Through his scientific approach and practical expertise, he continues to actively promote advancements in animal nutrition, feed management, and the dairy industry, helping farmers improve productivity and sustainability.

प्रशांत कुलकर्णी हे गेली १६ वर्षे भारत व भारताबाहेरील व्यावसायिक डेअरी फार्म्समध्ये कार्यरत आहेत. त्यांनी 'मारमुम डेअरी', दुबई, 'बलादना डेअरी', कतार, 'सा डेअरी', आफ्रिका, येथे व्यवस्थापक म्हणून काम केले आहे, तसेच भारतातील 'हॅपी मिल्क डेअरी', तुमकुर, कर्नाटक, 'प्रभात डेअरी', श्रीरामपूर येथेही व्यवस्थापक म्हणून काम केले आहे. वासरे व कालवड संगोपन, डेअरी फार्म व्यवस्थापन, फायदेशीर गोठा संचालन, दूधवाढ, प्रजननवाढ, गोठ्यातील खर्च कमी करणे, नोंदी ठेवणे, जनावरे तंदुरुस्त ठेवणे, गोठ्यातील कमतरता सुधारणे, दूरदर्शी नियोजन करणे या गोष्टींचा सखोल अभ्यास त्यांनी केला आहे. सध्या ते विविध डेअरी फार्म्स व दूध उत्पादकांसाठी 'डेअरी फार्म सल्लागार' म्हणून स्वतंत्रपणे कार्यरत आहेत.

Prashant Kulkarni has been actively involved in the management and operation of commercial dairy farms in India and abroad for the past 16 years. He has served as a Manager at renowned dairy enterprises including Marmum Dairy, Dubai, Baladna Dairy, Qatar, and SA Dairy, Africa. In India, he has also worked as a Manager at Happy Milk Dairy, Tumakuru (Karnataka) and Prabhat Dairy, Shrirampur.

He has developed extensive expertise in various aspects of dairy farming, including calf and heifer rearing, dairy farm management, profitable dairy operations, increasing milk production, improving reproductive performance, reducing operational costs, maintaining farm records, ensuring animal health and welfare, identifying and rectifying farm deficiencies, and strategic long-term planning.

Through years of practical experience and in-depth study, he has gained a comprehensive understanding of the factors that contribute to the success and sustainability of modern dairy farms.

Currently, he works independently as a Dairy Farm Consultant, providing professional guidance and advisory services to dairy farms and milk producers, helping them enhance productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
