सामाजिक व राजकीय कार्य :
* सामाजिक आरोग्य क्षेत्रात १४ वर्षे संशोधन कार्य
* आदिवासी उत्थान कार्यक्रमात १२ वर्षे राज्य प्रकल्प समन्वयक
* मा. अण्णा हजारे यांच्या जन आंदोलनात तीन वर्षे सक्रीय सहभाग
*घानेप (ता. वेल्हा) ग्रामपंचायतीमध्ये १० वर्षे बिनविरोध सदस्य
* वेल्हा (जि. पुणे) पंचायत समितीचा सभापती व सदस्य ५ वर्षे
*पंचायतराज विषयाचे तज्ज्ञ म्हणून सुमारे ७०० शिविरांमध्ये मार्गदर्शन

लेखन कार्य :
* आदिवासी उत्थानाचा हाकारा पुस्तक मे २०१५ मध्ये प्रकाशित
* पंचायत राज्य आणि ग्रामीण महिला, वाईने केला गावाचा विकास, आणि विमल सरपंच झाली या पुस्तिकांचे लेखन
* ९ कथा, ७० माहिती पुस्तिका, २ शोधनिबंध व ४० पेक्षा अधिक स्फुट लेखन प्रकाशित

संपादन कार्य :
* पंचायत राज स्वरूप व कामकाज, दिशा, दुवा, माध्यम
* आयुषी, प्रतिविव, नरहरी, युवा स्पंदन- मासिके
* सध्या 'हाकारा'या त्रैमासिक नियतकालिकाचा संपादक

मान-सन्मान :
* सामाजिक क्षेत्रातील उल्लेखनीय कार्याबद्दल पुणे महानगरपालिकेकडून गौरव २०१६
* आदिवासींमधील उल्लेखनीय कार्याबद्दल महाराष्ट्र शासनाचा 'आदिवासी सेवक' राज्य पुरस्कार २०१२

Social and Political Work:

· 14 years of research work in the field of social health · 12 years as State Project Coordinator in tribal upliftment programs · Active participation for 3 years in the public movement led by Anna Hazare · Served as an unopposed member of Ghaneph (Taluka Velhe) Gram Panchayat for 10 years · Worked for 5 years as Chairman and Member of the Panchayat Samiti in Velhe  (District Pune) · Guided in approximately 700 workshops as an expert on Panchayati Raj

Writing Work:

· Book “Call for Tribal Upliftment” published in May 2015 · Authored booklets such as “Panchayati Raj and Rural Women,” “Wai Developed the Village,” and “Vimal Became the Sarpanch” · Published 9 stories, 70 informational booklets, 2 research papers, and more than 40 short articles

Editorial Work:

· Edited publications like “Structure and Functioning of Panchayati Raj,” “Disha,”  “Duva,” and “Madhyam” · Edited magazines such as “Ayushi,” “Prativiv,” “Narahari,” and “Yuva Spandan” · Currently serving as the editor of the quarterly magazine “Hakara”

Honours and Awards:

· Felicitated by Pune Municipal Corporation in 2016 for notable work in the social sector · Received the Maharashtra Government’s “Adivasi Sevak” State Award in 2012 for  outstanding work among tribal communities
