Yoga has been divided into Asana-Pranayama practice on one side and Philosophy of Spirituality on the other side. It is intended to combine the both. Due to this difference, Yoga Shastra, which is a very practical science, is not seen as a life science useful in our daily life. Through this book, I hope that the readers will move from 'yoga on the mat’ to yogic science that is useful in everyday life just like a user manual for humans. This book has three parts. First is fitness of the body, second is preparation of the mind and third is yoga that transcends body-mind. It is necessary to practice transcending the body and mind to truly maximize human potential.
