In today’s fast-paced and technology-driven era, mobile phones, social media, and the virtual world have surrounded children and young people almost completely. Constant exposure to screens is reducing communication, weakening concentration, and gradually diminishing the habit of thinking. In such times, these word puzzles can serve as an enjoyable and meaningful alternative. With this very purpose, Sakal had published a supplement titled “Doka-Kodan” (Brain Puzzles). It received an overwhelming response from readers. Some of those puzzles have been brought together in this book. It is hoped that this book will inspire readers to step away from their mobile screens for a while and immerse themselves in the colourful world of words.

What makes this book special is that these word puzzles are not limited to individual enjoyment. They are also intended to encourage all family members to sit together, solve the puzzles, discuss them, exchange ideas, and, in the process, bring warmth back into their relationships. The underlying  behind this effort is to once again weave a beautiful thread of words into family conversations.
