श्रीमती अंजली कुलकर्णी लिखित 'भारतीय राज्यघटना समजून घेताना...' हे पुस्तक अतिशय महत्त्वाचे आहे. राज्यघटनेसंबंधीची चर्चा ही नेहमीच सैद्धान्तिक पातळीवर रेंगाळताना आढळते. इतकी की, ती वाचताना तिचा प्रत्यक्ष व्यवहारामध्ये काय उपयोग असे एखाद्याला वाटावे. प्रस्तुत पुस्तक मात्र अपवादात्मक असून राज्यघटनेचा प्रत्यक्ष व्यवहारात कसा उपयोग होतो, तो करताना कोणते प्रश्न उपस्थित होतात, त्यांची उत्तरे प्रत्यक्ष राज्यघटनेतच कशी शोधायची या गोष्टींचा सविस्तर ऊहापोह या पुस्तकात केलेला आहे. विशेष म्हणजे तो करताना प्रश्नोत्तरांची शैली वापरली आहे. त्यामुळे पुस्तकातील जवळजवळ प्रत्येक वाक्य हे थेट मुद्दयाला भिडणारे वाटते. अभ्यासक, प्रशासक, वकील, स्पर्धा परीक्षा व सामाजिक शास्त्रांचे विद्यार्थी अशा सर्व वर्गातील जिज्ञासूंना उपयुक्त ठरणारे हे पुस्तक आहे.
